Return and Exchange Policy

1. Defective product upon opening the package:

If the product shows clear manufacturing defects, we will evaluate the request and, if confirmed, proceed with a replacement. In case of transport damage (scratches, dents, defects that make the product unusable), you must provide a clear unboxing video within 72 hours of delivery. If approved, we will arrange a new shipment. Requests submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted. Deformations or breakages caused by impacts, pressure, or improper handling during transportation are not valid reasons for a return.

 

Note: We guarantee that all shipped products are free from functional defects (verified through a pre-shipping test video). However, the product’s appearance or finish is not a valid reason for return. Once the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

2. Shipping error on our part: If the product received does not match the one ordered and its use is compromised, we will ship a replacement at no cost. If the error does not affect the product’s use, we may offer a partial refund as compensation.

 

3. Non-delivery due to incorrect address:

If the tracking shows that the package was delivered but it was lost or stolen due to an incorrect address or postal code, we are not responsible. Any re-delivery costs or storage fees due to the inability to contact the recipient will be borne by the customer.

 

4. Delays or non-delivery due to logistics limitations: Delivery delays are not a valid reason for a refund, as they are beyond our control. If the customer refuses the package due to delivery times, we will only refund the product cost, while the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of long delays or lost packages, we can assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company, but a positive outcome is not guaranteed.

 

5. No return or replacement without a valid reason: We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. In such cases, all costs (shipping, handling, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
